5,176 elderly vaccinated on the first day
A total of 15,521 people were vaccinated on Monday. In this, the first dose of vaccine was given to a total of 12,435 employees. Among them, the number of elderly people was more. On the other hand, 3,086 health workers took the second dose of the vaccine. According to the department, 5,176 elderly people got vaccinated on the first day. 4,296 employees of the frontline received the vaccine.

Nodal officer of NC Zoshi Memorial Hospital said that there is no fear of vaccination among the elderly. Every one of their questions is being answered. Also, no senior citizen has had any side effects of the vaccine so far. A sufficient dose of vaccine is available in the hospital.
