Saharanpur A report has been lodged against six people, including Punya Garg, son of Samajwadi Party city MLA Sanjay Garg, in Gurugram (Haryana) police station Sector 14 for cheating money. An amount of Rs 2 crore was taken to partner in the mining lease, of which Rs 1.90 crore is alleged to be grabbed.

In the report, Yogesh Kumar Kachchal, resident of Janakpuri of Saharanpur, Punya Garg son Sanjay Garg, Dehradun resident RSP Singh, Sarvesh Kumar, Deepak Kumar Martolia and Tushar Martolia have been accused.
In the report, Raj Kapoor Yadav says that he has been doing the business of stone crusher under the name of Messrs Mahavir Stone Industry for the last about 10 years. The accused gave the assurance to get a mining lease and partner in Buggawala, Uttarakhand. After this, two crore rupees were given to the accused to become partners. The mining lease went on from February 6, 2020, but the accused did not pay any amount as profit. After this, if the accused demanded his money back, only 10 lakh rupees were deposited in his account, but did not give the remaining amount. It is alleged that these people grabbed 1.90 crore rupees. In this regard, Raj Kapoor Yadav gave a complaint letter to the police officers of Gurugram district. On Monday, a report was filed in Sector 14 of Gurugram.
